I’m a certified coach, and I help people recover from binge eating, restricting, body image issues, and the emotional turbulence that drives it. We work from the ground up, building layer upon layer of regulation.


I reached my ideal weight…
but I still didn’t feel good about myself.


It all began when I was a little girl.
Everyone saw me as “the big kid,” and I constantly heard comments — sometimes repeated, sometimes hurtful — especially from people closest to me. Toxic remarks disguised as concern, like:
“You have such a beautiful face — it’ll really show once you lose weight.”
That’s how the cycle began: Endless attempts and extreme methods to reach the “perfect” weight — some harsh, some harmful, some completely unrealistic.


I failed every time.
Eventually, I turned to diet pills, liposuction, and surgeries. I even did things I’m not proud of, all chasing the dream of feeling good about myself.
The result was binge eating disorder, which I eventually recovered from after a long and painful journey.
After more than 20 years, and after seeking help from many specialists, I discovered that I had been living with childhood trauma — one I didn’t even remember consciously. I realized I had been in denial for years.
Then I stopped trying to be perfect.
I stopped comparing myself to others.
I accepted myself. I loved myself.
Now, my mission is to help women and children going through the same struggle
I can help you identify the triggers that lead to disordered eating and emotional distress, and to guide them in healing their relationship with food and their bodies, no matter what trauma or circumstances they’ve faced.
